De opdracht betreft een opdracht voor diensten en heeft betrekking op het LEVEREN, IMPLEMENTEREN EN ONDERHOUDEN VAN EEN GEÏNTEGREERD SOFTWAREPAKKET VOOR EEN ELECTRONISCH PATIËNTENDOSSIER (EPD). Meer in het bijzonder is de Aanbestedende Overheid op zoek naar een partner die een oplossing voor een geïntegreerd softwarepakket kan leveren, implementeren, onderhouden inclusief ondersteuning ter vervanging van het huidig softwarepakket van de firma Obasi en het nemen van alle nodige voorzorgen om bij end of life de overdracht naar de nieuwe opdrachtnemer maximaal te faciliteren, bijgevolg is datamigratie een essentieel onderdeel van de opdracht. De voorgestelde oplossing dient de samenwerking met andere ziekenhuizen te faciliteren.
