Horizon Deze Opdracht omvat de opzet, verdere uitbouw en het mede-beheer van een Enterprise Scale Landing Zone (ESLZ) ter ondersteuning van de cloud- en platformstrategie van de Aanbestedende Overheid. Deze Opdracht omvat de opzet, verdere uitbouw en het mede-beheer van een Enterprise Scale Landing Zone (ESLZ) ter ondersteuning van de cloud- en platformstrategie van de Aanbestedende Overheid. De Opdrachtnemer zal onder meer bijdragen aan: • het ontwerpen en implementeren van de ESLZ volgens een secure-by-design en geautomatiseerde aanpak, met nadruk op platform engineering; • het realiseren van een platform dat governance, security, networking, identity en compliance uniform en schaalbaar afdwingt; • het afdekken van alle relevante beheers- en kwaliteitsdomeinen zoals gedefinieerd in het Well-Architected Framework (inclusief security, reliability, operational excellence, performance efficiency en cost management). De Opdracht omvat tevens het mede-beheer van het platform binnen een gedeeld verantwoordelijkheidsmodel, waarbij: • de Aanbestedende Overheid het strategisch en architecturaal eigenaarschap behoudt; • De Aanbestedende Overheid zet de operationele doelen uit, de Opdrachtnemer zal voor de uitvoering hiervan zorgen en blijft verantwoordelijk voor de uitgevoerde taken. • de Opdrachtnemer ondersteunend optreedt in uitvoering, optimalisatie en continue verbetering. Daarnaast wordt verwacht dat de Opdrachtnemer gekwalificeerde profielen inzet die nauw samenwerken met de Aanbestedende Overheid, zowel op vlak van meedenken (architectuur, platformkeuzes, werkwijzen) als meewerken (implementatie en operationele taken). Dit vertaalt zich concreet in 3 missies, die verder in dit document uitgebreid beschreven zullen, worden: 1. Managed Service 2. Onsite cloud-expertise ter ondersteuning van de interne teams 3.
