Description

Deze opdracht betreft het correctief en evolutief onderhoud van een eCTD-viewer. De opdracht betreft de overname van de applicatie, evenals applicatie support en correctief onderhoud, en verdere ontwikkeling van de applicatie. 1. Installatie en onderhoud van een eCTD-viewer bij het Federaal Agentschap voor Geneesmiddelen en Gezondheidsproducten en continuïteit in de reeds geïnstalleerde versies bij het FAGG. 2. Installatie en onderhoud van nieuwe versies van de basissoftware (= evolutief onderhoud) 3. Migratie van huidige gegevens van de eCTD-viewer naar de nieuwe eCTD-viewer van de nieuwe dienstverlener. 4. Onderhoud of ontwikkeling op maat van een interface tussen de bestaande MPM-toepassing en de eCTD-viewer. 5. Onderhoud of ontwikkeling op maat van een interface tussen de bestaande DTS-toepassing en de eCTD-viewer. 6. Onderhoud of ontwikkeling op maat van een interface tussen de bestaande CESP van EMA toepassing en de eCTD-viewer. 7. Onderhoud of ontwikkeling op maat tussen de eCTD-viewer en de systemen van het FAGG om alle niet-eCTD CESP-inzendingen op te slaan (d.w.z. NeeS, VNeeS, R&D-Clinical Trials). 8. Mogelijkheid tot manueel opladen van de eCTD-sequenties 9. Commerciële en technische ondersteuning voor een periode van vier jaar. Definiëring van de SLA voor de ondersteuning. 10. Kosten van licenties voor 200 gebruikers voor een periode van 4 jaar. 11. Installatie en onderhoud van de eCTD-viewer in de UAT-omgeving (User Acceptance) van het FAGG. 12. Opleidingssessie(s) indien nodig voor grote releases van de nieuwe applicatie.
