Description

Deze opdracht is een “opdracht voor diensten” in de zin van artikel 2,21° van de Wet overheidsopdrachten. Het voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft: Raamovereenkomst met het oog op geïntegreerde ICT-dienstverlening aan HVZ Waasland die optreedt als aankoopcentrale. Het voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft een geïntegreerde ICT-dienstverlening aan de aan de Hulpverleningszone Waasland die optreedt als aankoopcentrale volgens het businessmodel “ICT as a service”: IaaS (Infrastructuur as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) en AMaaS (Applicatie Management as a Service). De opdracht omvat het leveren, installeren en hosten van een ICT-platform voor het zonaal aansturen van alle diensten en applicaties binnen een hulpverleningszone. Deze opdracht omvat meer bepaald de volgende opdrachten in hoofde van de opdrachtnemer: - Datacenterdiensten (Cloud services); - Netwerkdiensten (connectiviteit LAN/ WAN); - Business Applicatie services; - Licentie management; - Security services; - Werkplekdiensten (backoffice services): Operating System; Hardware: globale en eindgebruiker (computer, tablet, …); Printing as a service; - Telefonie; - CCtv/camerabewaking; - Toegangscontrole; - Integratie service; en - Consultancy Services/ ICT profielen. Deze selectieleidraad geeft slechts een algemene en voorlopige beschrijving van het voorwerp van de opdracht. De opdracht zal nader omschreven worden in het bestek in de tweede fase van de plaatsingsprocedure. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor om van de bepalingen van deze selectieleidraad af te wijken.
