Description

Het klinisch laboratorium van VITAZ vzw wenst via deze overheidsopdracht over te gaan tot een aankoop en installatie van een immunochemie analyzer ter uitbreiding van het interne testaanbod met gespecialiseerde testen in voornamelijk de domeinen endocrinologie en infectieuze serologie; dit in aanvulling bij de bestaande labo-opstelling en ter optimalisatie van een lean interne workflow met kwalitatief hoogstaande analyses. Het testaanbod op deze analyzer omvat (uiterlijk bij gewenste implementatie Q1/2027) minimaal van 5 van deze 7 parameters, gebaseerd op de noden van het laboratorium en de aanvragers: ACTH, C-telopeptide (CTX; beta-crosslaps), N-terminaal procollageen type 1 propeptide (P1NP), salivair cortisol. De analyses waarvoor deze procedure geldt zijn geselecteerd op basis van aantallen en medische relevantie alsook toekomstgerichte evoluties. De aankoop van de apparatuur omvat inclusief levering, installatie, ingebruikname, validatie en opleiding ten behoeve van de operatoren. De opdrachtnemer voorziet de plaatsing, de programmatie van de toestellen en de toestelsoftware en/of middleware, de connectie met het LIS, de inbedrijfstelling, de installatievalidatie en implementatie. De opdracht omvat de levering van reagentia en noodzakelijke verbruiksmaterialen en een onderhoudscontract voor de ganse looptijd van 4 + 2 + 2 jaar. Voor de verdere bepalingen wordt verwezen naar het bestek dat deel uitmaakt van de offertevraag die zal uitgestuurd worden naar de geselecteerde inschrijvers.
