Description

Deze opdracht omvat het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van parenterale cytostatica voor een periode van één jaar en driemaal stilzwijgend verlengbaar voor telkens één jaar. Specifieke toelichting voor het Sint-Andriesziekenhuis: zolang de cytobereidingen door het Sint-Andriesziekenhuis zelf worden uitgevoerd zal er afname zijn op deze raamovereenkomst. Er wordt verwacht dat het Sint-Andriesziekenhuis vanaf 2028 de bereidingen zal uitbesteden en bijgevolg zal er vanaf dan geen afname meer zijn door Sint-Andriesziekenhuis op deze raamovereenkomst. De volumes die opgenomen werden houden hiermee reeds rekening. Bevacizumab; Rituximab IV; Carboplatine; Doxorubicine; Epirubicine; Fluorouracil; Gemcitabine; Irinotecan; Oxaliplatin; Cisplatine; Paclitaxel; Pemetrexed; Bortezomib 3,5 mg/ 1,4 ml; Docetaxel; Folinezuur/Levofolinezuur; Trastuzumab IV; Cytarabine; Etoposide; Vinorelbine; Azacitidine; Eribuline; Trabectedine; Methotrexaat 25 mg / 1 ml; Bendamustine; Paclitaxel (nanopartikels gebonden aan albumine); Obinutuzumab; Fulvestrant
