All meters must meet EPC-NR and BACS requirements for accurate monitoring and control at asset level. The main contractor must sign a purchase contract for installing meters (electricity, water, gas and heat), maintain them under a service contract, ensure correct transfer of meter data to the database and visualisation programme, fix or replace faulty meters or loggers to minimise data loss, and set up a monitoring platform.
