A Belgian contracting authority is procuring a multi-year supply of casting moulds and branch clamps through a framework agreement with multiple contractors. The contract is divided into 4 lots: Lot 1, small model casting mould; Lot 2, large model casting mould; Lot 3, branch clamp for standard cable EAXeVB 4G150; and Lot 4, branch clamps for other cables. Candidates may bid for one or more lots. For each lot, a cascading framework agreement will be concluded with the top 2 bidders ranked by award criteria. The first-ranked bidder is the active contractor; the second is a reserve contractor activated only if the first defaults.
