De opdracht heeft als voorwerp de levering van elektriciteit aan de volgende sites wanneer zij afnemers zijn, en de terugkoop van de elektriciteit die door deze sites worden geproduceerd wanneer zij injecteurs zijn (en van de garanties van oorsprong in het geval van de Verbrandingsinstallatie). 1. De Brusselse Verbrandingsinstallatie (injectie) onder de rechtspersoon CENTRE DE TRI - TRIEERCENTRUM N.V. EAN 541453140311396129 2. De Brusselse Verbrandingsinstallatie (afname) onder de rechtspersoon CENTRE DE TRI - TRIEERCENTRUM N.V. EAN 541453140311396129 3. Recyclis (injectie) onder de rechtspersoon Brussel/Bruxelles Energie B.V. EAN 541448911000008047_ID2 4. Recyclis (afname) onder de rechtspersoon Brussel/Bruxelles Energie B.V. EAN 541448911000008047_ID1 Opmerking 1: De Verbrandingsinstallatie is een grote netto-injecteur. Hierdoor zal deze opdracht voornamelijk bestaan uit een verkoop van elektriciteit en garanties van oorsprong in plaats van een aankoop. Wanneer het productieproces van de Verbrandingsinstallatie stilligt, wordt de site een afnemer. Opmerking 2: De Brusselse Verbrandingsinstallatie en Recyclis nemen momenteel niet deel aan de flexreserve of mFRR van Elia, maar sluiten deelname in de toekomst niet uit (via een aggregator).
