Description
Deze opdracht betreft een langlopende raamovereenkomst voor het hosten, onderhouden en exploiteren van een toetsplatform bestemd voor afname op grote schaal in Vlaanderen, evenals de uitbouw van een itembank voor het aanmaken en bijhouden van vragen, de constructie van toetsen op basis van matrijzen en vragenkenmerken en het beheer van en controle op de productieprocessen hierrond. Het systeem dient vlot te communiceren met bestaande en toekomstige randsystemen (planning, inschrijving, communicatie van resultaten, resultatenanalyse, dashboarding…) van de aanbestedende overheid.
