Brussels Airport Company (BAC) is seeking an external partner to provide temporary staffing for its Optimization and Planning (OP) team, which handles short-term operational planning of key airport processes such as check-in and assistance for passengers with reduced mobility. The team works from the Airport Operations Centre (APOC) seven days a week. The current service contract ends in June 2026; the new partner must start in May 2026 to ensure a smooth handover and guarantee operational support until September 2027, covering the transition to a new Resource Management Tool in 2027. Staffing covers two weekday shifts (06:00-14:00 and 13:00-21:00) and one weekend shift per day (08:00-16:00).
