Description

Port of Antwerp-Bruges (POAB) heeft de afgelopen jaren gebruik gemaakt van een operationeel drone-as-a-service (DAAS) netwerk ter ondersteuning van verschillende operationele processen in het havengebied. De huidige overeenkomst voor dit dronenetwerk loopt af, waardoor POAB een nieuwe partner zoekt die DAAS kan leveren én drone innovatieprojecten op projectbasis kan uitvoeren. De DAAS opdracht omvat twee componenten: enerzijds Drone Flight Services, waarbij de opdrachtnemer instaat voor de volledige vluchtuitvoering door gecertificeerde piloten inclusief missieondersteuning en data-acquisitie, en anderzijds Drone Hardware-as-a-Service, waarbij droneplatformen en sensoren ter beschikking worden gesteld voor gebruik door piloten van de opdrachtnemer, inclusief onderhoud en technische ondersteuning. Beide componenten zullen gezamenlijk worden afgenomen naargelang de operationele behoefte. Deze modulaire aanpak biedt de opdrachtgever maximale flexibiliteit ten aanzien van de dienstverlening en de hardware/software voorzieningen welke kan evolueren ten aanzien van technologische evoluties. Deze DAAS opdracht combineert één geïntegreerde dienstverlening, waarbij geautomatiseerde drones worden ingezet ter ondersteuning van diverse operationele toepassingen binnen de havenplatformen Antwerpen én Zeebrugge. Naast de DAAS wil POAB ook innovatieve dronetechnologieën en nieuwe use cases kunnen verkennen en valideren binnen de looptijd van de overeenkomst. De DAAS opdracht wordt aangeboden als servicemodel gedurende de looptijd van de nieuwe overeenkomst, de innovatieprojecten zullen project gebaseerd uitgevoerd worden.
