Description

Nadat het zwembad, als deel van het sportcomplex, Zandstraat 3, 1981 Hofstade, in 2019 gesloten werd omwille van een aantal veiligheidsredenen, werd het zwembad in 2023 heringericht en omgebouwd tot een indoor skatepark in de street discipline en werd de cafetaria gerenoveerd. In 2017 werd aan het sportcomplex een nieuwe gymhal aangebouwd. Het huidige bestek betreft de renovatie van de rest van het gebouw, namelijk: - De buitenschil en de warmteproductie om te komen tot een fossielvrij klimaatneutraal gebouw - De renovatie van de sporthal en de kleedkamers - De bouw van (optionele) polyvalente ruimtes - De omgevingsaanleg in de directe omgeving van het gebouw - De werken om het gebouw integraal toegankelijk te maken De werken worden aanbesteed als een globale aanneming.
