Description

De gemeentelijke openbare bibliotheek wenst voor de aankoop (en kastklaar maken) van haar collecties boeken en strips voor de openbare bibliotheek en voor de schoolbibliotheken van de basisscholen een contract aan te gaan met één leverancier/per perceel voor een periode van 4 jaar. Raming perceel 1: 165.000 € incl. btw/jaar Raming perceel 2: 50.000 € incl. btw/jaar De aanbestedende overheid kan deze bedragen verhogen of verlagen in functie van de beschikbare budgetten. Deze opdracht is een bestellingsopdracht, d.w.z. dat de leverancier zijn prestaties dient te verrichten op bestelling. De aanbestedende overheid plaatst bestellingen naargelang haar behoeften. De aanbestedende overheid garandeert evenwel geen enkel minimaal bestellingsvolume of -bedrag. De inschrijver zal geen recht kunnen laten gelden ten overstaan van de aanbestedende overheid indien het werkelijk aankoopbedrag afwijkt van het geraamde bedrag. De opdrachtgever behoudt zich het recht voor om uitgaven in beperkte oplage of moeilijk verkrijgbare materialen rechtstreeks bij de uitgever of bij een andere leverancier dan de inschrijver af te nemen. raming 165.000 euro inclusief btw/jaar; raming 50.000 euro inclusief btw/jaar
