De aanbestedende overheid wenst voor deze opdracht een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de aankoop van boeken voorde gemeentelijke bibliotheek. De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen: Perceel 1 “Boeken voor volwassenen fictie” Perceel 2 “Boeken voor volwassen non-fictie” Perceel 3 “Boeken voor jeugd fictie en non-fictie” Maximale omvang van de opdracht: de maximale waarde van de opdracht over de hele looptijd is bepaald op 420.000,00 euro excl. btw; - 130.000 euro excl. btw voor perceel 1 - 130.000 euro excl. btw voor perceel 2 - 160.000 euro excl. btw voor perceel 3. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op basis van het maximale bestelbedrag over alle afroepen die binnen de raamovereenkomst kunnen geplaatst worden. De geraamde uitgaven liggen lager (totaal geraamd bedrag 306.000 euro incl. btw, 92.000 euro incl. btw voor perceel 1, 88.000 euro incl. btw voor perceel 2, 126.000 euro incl. btw voor perceel 3).
