Dit dossier wordt door Z.org KU Leuven in de markt gezet voor in een eerste instantie onze locatie te Lubbeek en kan in de loop van het dossier afhankelijk van de beleidsbeslissingen worden uitgebreid naar andere locaties. Het psychiatrisch verzorgingstehuis Andreas (PVT Z.org KU Leuven) bevindt zich vandaag in het voormalige ziekenhuis St-André, Dorpsstraat 2, 3210 Lubbeek Het huidige instituut voldoet technisch echter niet langer. Het grootschalige instituut sluit ook onvoldoende aan bij de ambitie van het PVT voor een kleinschaliger en huiselijker woonomgeving in kleinere leefgroepen. Er worden 5 huizen gebouwd, met 9 leefgroepen voor 78 bewoners, deze 5 huizen bevinden zich op dezelfde locatie in Lubbeek. Daarnaast dienen er ook maaltijden voorzien te worden voor de nachtverpleegkundigen (+/-2). De levering zal plaatsvinden op 1 centrale plaats. Afdeling Aantal bewoners TS00 9 TS01 8 TS02 8 DR01 17 DR02 8 DR03 8 KL00 10 NV00 10 De inschrijver doet zelf een voorstel dat moet voldoen aan de wensen en vereisten in dit bestek. Wij werken naar een start op de nieuwe locatie in oktober 2026; echter dient de nodige flexibiliteit in achting genomen worden. Indien in de loop van de uitvoering het aantal te bedienen leverplaatsen zou wijzigen, zal dit geen aanleiding geven tot een prijsverhoging. Leveringen op bijkomende locatie(s) van Z.org KU Leuven zijn altijd mogelijk.
