Description

Het inzamelen van onze, eerder technische afval/materiaalstromen. Het gaat hier over de afvalstromen die voornamelijk voortkomen uit de onderhoudscentra voor, trams en bussen, onze wasstraten, tankstraten, schrijnwerkerijen, stoffeerderijen, verfafdelingen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan haltes, metrolijnen en gebouwen.   Niet inbegrepen bij deze opdracht is de verschroting van afgedankte bussen of trams en afvalinzameling aan haltes op de openbare weg of stationsomgevingen.   De inzamelpunten van VVM De Lijn zijn verspreid over het gehele Vlaamse Gewest en gedeeltelijk ook in het Brusselse gewest. Op elke locatie zijn en meestal ook verschillende inzamelpunten.  We hebben op onze grotere sites ook half-ondergrondse inzamelpunten.  De inzamelaar kiest de transportmethode, de overslaglocatie en de verwerker.  Het vervoeren van onze afval/materiaalstromen.  Afvaltransporten tussen onze eigen sites om afval/materiaalstromen op te bulken voor efficiëntere afvoer naar verwerking.  Alle administratie betreft digitale transportdocumenten, ook bij buitenlandse afvoer.  Het leveren, beheren en onderhouden van de inzamelmiddelen op de sites (huur).  Het leveren en verkopen van inzamelmiddelen voor éénmalig gebruik: zakken, IBC, afsluitbare vaten, medibins  Planningssysteem die de data uit ons systeem voor aanvragen afvalophaling efficiënt kan verwerken  Het rapporteren van alle afvalstromen volgens het de verplichtingen van Vlarema rond het afvalstoffenregister en de data nodig voor CSRD voor alle sites (deze eis zal belangrijker worden tijdens de looptijd van dit contract).  Mogelijkheid tot managementrapportages: periodiek rapporteren over de afvoer en verwerking van afval (o.a volumes, afvoer, kosten en baten, vergelijking tussen onze vestigingen).   Vlotte toegang en exportmogelijkheden van de digitale transportdocumenten  Het initiëren van verbetervoorstellen inzake afvalpreventie en -logistiek.  Proactieve advisering inzake invoering nieuwe wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot afval en materialen  Het ondersteunen  en opleiding geven (of digitaal ter beschikking stellen) van de sorteerregels en implementeren van nieuwe wetgeving. zie opdrachtdocumenten
