Description

Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor leveringen zoals bepaald in artikel 2, 20° van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. Voorwerp van deze leveringen: De raamovereenkomst heeft betrekking op het leveren, plaatsen, onderhoud en herstel van ondergrondse containers voor de fractie restafval, P+MD, papier-karton en gft op het grondgebied van IVIO. Dit afzonderlijk per container of in combinatie met een afvalstraat. Toelichting: Er worden vermoedelijke hoeveelheden gehanteerd, gelet het feit dat de aantallen afhankelijk zijn van de participaties van de aangesloten gemeentelijke deelnemers, en andere participanten aan het project. De levering en plaatsing van de ondergrondse containers zal gebeuren op afroep. Elke afzonderlijke afroep zal het voorwerp uitmaken van een bestelbon. Om zeker te zijn dat de ondergrondse containers compatibel zullen zijn met het ophaalsysteem van IVIO worden projectontwikkelaars uit het werkingsgebied aangespoord om ondergrondse containers aan te kopen bij de door IVIO toegewezen leverancier van onderhavige opdracht aan de voorwaarden van zijn contractuele verbintenis met IVIO. De bestelling loopt steeds via IVIO. Het onderhoud van de geleverde ondergrondse containers hoort integraal bij de opdracht. Hieronder moet worden verstaan: de diensten voor onderhoud en herstelling per geplaatste ondergrondse container, waaronder ook het ICT-gedeelte valt. Hiervoor wordt een Service Level Agreement (SLA) afgesloten voor een periode van 5 jaar, ingaande vanaf de voorlopige oplevering van elke bestelling. Leveringsplaats: IVIO, Lodewijk de Raetlaan 12 8870 Izegem, of op het openbaar domein gelegen in volgende gemeenten of steden: Ardooie, Dentergem, Ingelmunster, Izegem, Ledegem, Lendelede, Oostrozebeke, Pittem of Tielt. Dit wordt bij afroep gecommuniceerd.
