Gesamtinstandsetzung Restaurant Muggenbühl, Generalplanungsleistungen (unter Vorbehalt der Kreditgenehmigung)   Das Restaurant «Muggenbühl» im Quartier Wollishofen zeigt einen erheblichen Instandsetzungsbedarf. Zahlreiche Einrichtungen und Anlagen entsprechen weder den heutigen Anforderungen noch den gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Mit der geplanten Gesamtsanierung soll die Gebrauchstauglichkeit aller Gewerke für die nächsten 25-30 Jahre sichergestellt werden. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Erneuerung der Gebäudehülle und haustechnischen Anlagen, die Prüfung des statischen und brandschutztechnischen Zustands sowie die Optimierung der Aussenräume. Eine zentrale erneuerbare Wärmeerzeugung sowie energetische Verbesserungen sind ebenfalls zu berücksichtigen.   Beschaffung von Generalplanungsleistungen (BKP 298.1) mit folgenden vorgeschriebenen Teammitgliedern / Fachbereichen: - BKP 291 Architektur / Baumanagement - BKP 293 Elektroingenieurwesen - BKP 294 HLKK-Ingenieurwesen - BKP 295 Sanitäringenieurwesen   Details gemäss Planerwahl-Programm
