Description

Im Jahr 2016 erwarb die Schweizerische Eidgenossenschaft das ehemalige Institut „Guglera“ in Giffers (FR), um es als Bundesasylzentrum (BAZ) mit 250 Schlafplätzen zu nutzen. Bereits 2017/2018 wurde die Anlage teilweise saniert und zum BAZ umgebaut, sodass der Betrieb am 4. April 2018 aufgenommen werden konnte. Das Ziel des vorliegenden Bauprojekts ist die Instandsetzung nicht normkonformer Bauelemente, die nachhaltige Werterhaltung der Liegenschaft sowie die Sanierung baulicher und technischer Anlagen, die das Ende ihrer Lebensdauer erreicht haben. Dadurch soll sichergestellt werden, dass in den nächsten 10 bis 15 Jahren kein umfassender Instandhaltungsbedarf mehr entsteht. Die Umsetzung der verschiedenen Sanierungsmassnahmen orientiert sich an den aktuellen SEM-Standards, den BBL-Vorgaben sowie den KBOB-Empfehlungen, soweit dies möglich und zweckmässig ist.
