Das Ausbildungszentrum Kaserne Bernrain in Kreuzlingen befindet sich im Immobilienportfolio der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft. Das Bundesamt für Bauten und Logistik (BBL) ist als Eigentümervertreterin für die Objektbewirtschaftung verantwortlich. Das Bundesamt für Polizei (fedpol) als Hauptmieterin sowie weitere Anspruchsgruppen nutzen die Anlage als Schulungszentrum.  Die Bewirtschaftung des Portfolios für die allgemeinen Betreiberleistungen wurde ab 01.07.2022 bis heute von einem externen Anbieter durchgeführt. Nun werden diese Leistungen erneut extern vergeben.  Das Beschaffungsprojekt beinhaltet folgende Leistungen:  A: Objektmanagement / Technisches Gebäudemanagement (TGM) / Hauswartung B: Umgebungspflege / Aussenreinigung / Winterdienst C: Reinigung inkl. Wäscheservice
