Perkančioji organizacija negali nustatyti ar tiekėjų pasiūlymuose nurodytos kainos nėra per didelės ir yra priimtinos, kadangi pirkimo dokumentuose nebuvo numatyta, kiek lėšų skiriama kiekvienai pirkimo objekto daliai. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kas nurodyta bei vadovaujantis lygiateisiškumo, nediskriminavimo, proporcingumo, skaidrumo principais, taip pat LR VPĮ 29 str. 3 d., priimtas sprendimas nutraukti pirkimo Nr. 570214 „Automobilių veiklos nuoma ir techninės priežiūros paslaugų“ procedūras.
