Die statische Kundeninformation umfasst die an den Bahnhöfen ausgehängten Imprimate, die den Kunden die nötigsten Informationen zur bevorstehenden Reise, zum Bahnhof oder zur Bahnhofumgebung liefern   Die Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen (SBB) sind für die Beschaffung von Informationsstelen und einzelnen Wechselrahmen im Format A0 und A1 zur statischen Kundeninformation (Imprimate) an den Bahnhöfen zuständig. In diesen Komponenten werden die nötigsten Informationen zur bevorstehenden Reise, zum Bahnhof oder zur Bahnhofumgebung bereitgestellt. Die Leistungen der Beschaffung umfassen Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage der Komponenten sowie gegebenenfalls die Demontage bestehender Elemente.   Die Lieferung umfasst Herstellung, Qualitätsprüfung, Verpackung und Transport. Die Montage vor Ort inklusive Abdichtung sowie - falls erforderlich - die Entsorgung und fachgerechte Demontage alter Komponenten sind ebenfalls Bestandteil des Auftrags.   Diese Ausschreibung dient der Auftragsvergabe eines Rahmenvertrages mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren sowie drei Optionen zur Verlängerung um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr (Gesamtdauer maximal sieben Jahre).
