Constitueix l’objecte d’aquest plec, d’una banda, l’explotació mitjançant autorització administrativa dels serveis de temporada de llits elàstics i jumping a dues de les platges de Cambrils (LOT 3), temporades 2024 i 2025, que s’inclouen al Pla d’Usos i, d’altra banda, l’explotació d’activitats nàutiques puntuals (LOTS 1,2), temporada 2025, també a dues platges de Cambrils, per tal de donar cobertura a la demanda que hi ha d’aquest sector nàutic, més enllà de la temporada de bany, d’acord amb les condicions establertes al plec de prescripcions tècniques elaborat per la tècnica de Medi Ambient, Sra. Mireia Sánchez Rovira.
