Le marché faisant l’objet de l’appel d’offres concerne une prestation d’assistance maîtrise de l’ouvrage auprès de la FIPOI dans la conduite du projet de rénovation de l’IAM tout au long des phases de conception et de réalisation de la phase 22 (y compris l’analyse de la phase 21) à la phase 31 en tranche ferme et de la phase 32 à la phase 53 en tranches optionnelles. L’objectif principal est de fournir un appui qualitatif au chef de projet interne dans les tâches de gestion de projet et une expertise en matière de gestion des couts (analyse des devis/descriptif fin de phase, analyse devis complémentaire…) et des délais.
