L'objet du marché est : - d'élaborer des nouveaux marchés d'exploitation et maintenance CVC et de pouvoir assurer leurs suivis. - d'élaborer des marchés de travaux d'adaptations d'installations climatiques - de réaliser des missions de conseils avec expertise technique comprenant diagnostic, analyse et préconisation sur des problématiques particulières d'exploitation des installations climatiques et fluides spéciaux Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire pour la partie traitée à prix forfaitaire (part dominante) et d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum (50 000 euro(s) HT) pour la partie traitée à prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il fixe les conditions d'exécution des prestations et s'exécute au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande
