Description

La Communauté de communes de Serre-Ponçon lance une consultation pour une mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (assistance technique) pour la conception, l'organisation et la coordination d'un cycle de résidences d'artistes dans le cadre de la coopération franco-italienne Terres Monviso et de son projet « TM+Attra(c)tive ». Le prestataire retenu sera chargé de concevoir, organiser, coordonner et évaluer un programme de 3 résidences artistiques sur chacun des trois territoires français partenaires du projet : Serre-Ponçon, Guillestrois-Queyras, Vallée de l'Ubaye-Serre-Ponçon. Il assurera également le lien avec la démarche similaire menée par les partenaires italiens du projet, notamment dans le cadre d'une restitution transfrontalière des résidences.
