Folgende Haupt- und Nebenleistungen werden ausgeschrieben: Die Hauptleistungen sind zwingend durch die Auftragnehmerin zu erbringen. Zu den Hauptleistungen gehören: - Management - Unterhaltsreinigung inkl. Bedarfsorientierte Reinigung «BOR» - Entsorgung - Arealreinigung - Beschaffung Verbrauchsmaterial - Grundreinigung (Bodenbeläge) Die Nebenleistungen (Zusatz-Leistungen) können durch Subunternehmer erbracht werden. Die Verantwortung für die Leistungserbringung bleibt bei der Auftragnehmerin. - Reinigung Innenverglasung - Reinigung Fenster und Storen - Spezialreinigungen - Winterdienst
