Description
З метою забезпечення рівних умов участі в закупівлі та оцінки тендерних пропозицій незалежно від податкового статусу учасника, закупівля буде оголошена без урахування ПДВ. Учасник, незалежно від його форми оподаткування, при подачі тендерної пропозиції вносить в електронну систему закупівель інформацію про ціну пропозиції без урахування ПДВ. При укладанні договору про закупівлю з учасником, який зареєстрований в Україні як платник податку на додану вартість, сума ПДВ, розрахована згідно вимог законодавства України, буде нараховуватись на суму пропозиції переможця процедури закупівлі та зазначатись в договорі про закупівлю.
