Visi tiekėjai nepateikė prašomų dokumentų, nurodytų pirkimo sąlygų 1 priedo 1.9 punkte „Tiekėjas su pasiūlymo A dalimi (techniniu pasiūlymu) privalo pateikti kiekvienos siūlomos prekės (modelio) techninės specifikacijos dokumentus, patvirtintus gamintojo ar jo įgalioto atstovo parašu, arba pateikti gamintojo oficialų informacinį leidinį (bukletą, kainoraštį, naudojimo instrukciją ar lygiavertį leidinį (pdf ar kitu priimtinu formatu)), kuriame yra pateikiama siūlomos prekės techninė specifikacija.“.
