Description

In der Arbeitsmarktlichen Massnahme BIA (AMM BIA) werden Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer mit physischen und/oder psychischen Einschränkungen bei der nachhaltigen Wiedereingliederung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt bedarfsgerecht begleitet und unterstützt. Ziel der Massnahme ist der Stellenantritt im ersten Arbeitsmarkt. In Praxiseinsätzen im ersten Arbeitsmarkt werden arbeitsmarktrelevante Ressourcen gestärkt und/oder die Belastbarkeit im Arbeitsprozess überprüft. In Bildungseinheiten in Gruppen- oder Einzelsettings werden ergänzend und je nach dem individuellen Bedarf der Teilnehmerin oder des Teilnehmers Bewerbungskompetenzen, IKT-Kompetenzen und/oder Sprachkompetenzen angebahnt. In Jobcoaching-Gesprächen wird der Wiedereingliederungsprozess reflektiert und das weitere Vorgehen definiert. Die AMM BIA dauert maximal 14 Monate. Sie wird auf Deutsch und Französisch durchgeführt. Die Beschaffung wird voraussichtlich in folgende Lose unterteilt: Los 1 - Region Bern-Mittelland, Emmental-Oberaargau, Berner Oberland Durchführung der AMM BIA für Teilnehmende aus der Region Bern-Mittelland, Emmental-Oberaargau und Berner Oberland in deutscher Sprache. Los 2 - Region Seeland-Jura Durchführung der AMM BIA für Teilnehmende aus der Region Seeland-Berner Jura in deutscher und französischer Sprache. Die definitive Ausgestaltung der Lose, die Kapazitäten sowie die Anforderungen an die Leistungserbringung werden in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen festgelegt.
