Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la désignation du titulaire d'une autorisation d'occupation temporaire (AOT) du domaine public des hôpitaux du GHU AP-HP. Nord - Université Paris Cité pour l'installation et l'exploitation de distributeurs automatiques de boissons, de denrées alimentaires et de confiseries destinés aux patients, personnels et visiteurs. L'installation et l'exploitation des distributeurs automatiques concernent les sites suivants :Hôpital Saint-Louis, Hôpital Ancien Lariboisière, Hôpital Nouveau Lariboisière, Hôpital Robert Debré .L'autorisation d'occupation temporaire est accordée moyennant le paiement d'une redevance, selon les modalités définies dans le projet de convention. Le bénéficiaire se rémunérera sur les recettes d'exploitation des services et versera une redevance au GHU AP-HP. Nord - Université Paris Cité. Elle a pour base un minimum garanti, auquel s'ajoutera, une part variable calculée sur le chiffre d'affaires. La convention d'occupation sera conclue pour une durée ferme de 4 ans et reconductible expressément 1 fois pour une période de 12 mois soit une durée globale de 5 ans. Les modalités de remises des échantillons sont précisées dans le règlement de la consultation.
