Description

Dans le cadre de la prochaine campagne des révisions triennales des groupes de production (un groupe par an), les 3 vannes de garde seront révisées. Il s'agit de vannes papillon à axe vertical de 4200mm de diamètre. Les travaux principaux à effectuer par le soumissionnaire et les objets de cet appel d’offre, seront les suivants :   -      Diagnostique avant démontage -      Supervision du démontage -      Transport de la vanne en atelier -      Démontage en atelier -      Sablage -      Contrôles non-destructifs des zones sollicitées (PT-MT-UT) -      Renouvellement de la protection anticorrosion -      Remplacement de pièces -      Remontage en atelier -      Essai de fonctionnement et de pression -      Transport retour de la vanne -      Supervision du remontage sur site -      Mise en service
