La consultation a pour objet : Travaux de voirie, réseaux divers et d'aménagement paysager dans le cadre d'un projet de requalification du parvis de la Gare de Lure. Le marché est décomposé en 2 lots : • Lot 1 : Terrassement VRD • Lot 2 : Aménagement paysager et mobilier urbain Délais d'exécution Période de préparation :Une période de préparation est prévue au marché. Son délai est fixé à 1 mois. Délai d'exécution des travaux : Le délai d'exécution des travaux est fixé à 18 mois par le Maître d'ouvrage. Il part de la date fixée par l'ordre de service prescrivant de commencer les travaux. Il comprend le délai de la période de préparation. Le Maître d'ouvrage souhaite un démarrage des travaux début octobre 2026. Prestations supplémentaires éventuelles (PSE) Il est prévu une PSE pour la fourniture d'un rack et d'un abri pour vélo.
