Il presente appalto ha per oggetto la realizzazione delle opere da impianto di ventilazione. Il progetto riguarda la nuova sede amministrativa dell’Azienda Multiservizi Bellinzona (AMB),  situata al mappale 2302 in Via Seghezzone 1 a Giubiasco. L’edificio ha una superficie di  riferimento energetico (SRE) pari a 1’408 m² ed è stato progettato come nuova costruzione  conforme allo standard Minergie-A. L’obiettivo è il raggiungimento di un bilancio energetico  annuale nullo o positivo attraverso un involucro altamente performante e l’impiego esclusivo di  energie rinnovabili.
