Description

L’Azienda Multiservizi Bellinzona (AMB) intende riunire razionalmente in un unico luogo le attività  amministrative, tecniche e operative. A tale scopo direzione e personale amministrativo di AMB, saranno trasferiti nel nuovo stabile di Giubiasco in Via Seghezzone 1 in prossimità dell’esistente Centro Comando e dei magazzini.  L’ampliamento dello stabile amministrativo esistente, previa demolizione di alcuni manufatti, sarà  collocato a nord/ovest del sedime e, attorniato su tre lati da una fascia perimetrale verde, fungerà  da filtro tra zona residenziale ed esistenti magazzini AMB.  Oggetto di questo mandato sono gli interventi preparatori, lo scavo generale e le demolizioni.  Obbiettivo di queste lavorazioni è di preparare il cantiere in maniera tale da poter poi procedere  con gli scavi parziali per i locali interrati e l’esecuzione del nuovo edificio.
