Description

Das linke Seeufer ist eines der bedeutendsten Naherholungsgebiete für die Stadt Luzern und wird von der lokalen und auswärtigen Bevölkerung, den Arbeitenden sowie Lernenden im Gebiet Tribschen und der angrenzenden Quartiere intensiv genutzt. In einer ersten Phase wurde eine Testplanung mit drei Planungsteams durchgeführt, welche die verschiedenen Teilräume des linken Seeufers in ihrer Nutzung, ihrer Gestaltung und ihrem Zusammenspiel analysierte. Basierend auf den Erkenntnissen der Testplanung wurde in einer zweiten Phase das Entwicklungskonzept linkes Seeufer erarbeitet. Das Entwicklungskonzept definiert sieben Umsetzungsprojekte. Das Umsetzungsprojekt «Alpenquai als grüne Fuss- und Veloachse» bildet die Schnittstelle zwischen Tribschenquartier und dem wichtigen Naherholungsraum «Ufschötti» mit den diversen Nutzungen und Funktionen. Es ist ein Betriebs- und Gestaltungskonzept erstellt worden. Der Alpenquai soll vom Autoverkehr entlastet und zu einer grünen Fuss- und Veloverkehrsverbindung umdisponiert werden.   Es sind Landschaftsarchitektur- und Ingenieurleistungen als Gesamtplanerin/Gesamtplaner in den Projektphasen 31 (Vorprojekt), 32 (Bauprojekt); 33 (Bewilligungsverfahren / Auflageprojekt); 41 (Ausschreibung, Offertvergleich, Vergabeantrag); 51 (Ausführungsprojekt); 52 (Ausführung) und 53 (Inbetriebnahme, Abschluss) gemäss SIA-Normen 103, 105 (2020) und 112 zu leisten.
