Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику Товар вітчизняного та/або іноземного виробництва (за винятком Товарів виробництва суб’єктів, щодо яких діє рішення про застосування персональних спеціальних економічних та інших обмежувальних заходів (санкцій) відповідно до Закону України “Про санкції”), якість якого повинна відповідати технічним умовам та/або паспорту на Товар. Товар повинен бути новими, оригінальними або еквівалентним оригінальному, який відповідає ДСТУ та/або відповідним галузевим стандартам з наданням документів які підтверджувати якість товару. Відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 178 від 02 березня 2022 року “Про деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану” операції з постачання товарів (запасних частин, акумуляторних батарей, автомобільних шин, охолоджуючих рідин, комплектуючих, додаткового обладнання тощо) для забезпечення транспорту Замовника обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою.
