Поставка здійснюється Продавцем на підставі видаткових накладних, за рахунок Продавця, за адресою: КЗСОР «Конотопський обласний академічний ліцей «Лідер». Розрахунки за товар проводяться за фактом постачання на підставі видаткових накладних протягом 10 робочих днів з моменту поставки товару. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Закупівля здійснюється згідно з Постановою КМУ №771 від 05.06.2026 «Деякі питання надання освітньої субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам (за спеціальним фондом державного бюджету) на забезпечення енергетичної стійкості закладів освіти». Гарантійний строк на Товар становить 60 місяців з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної. Витрати на транспортування, діагностику, ремонт/заміни в межах гарантії несе Постачальник. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
