Description

Очікувана вартість визначена без ПДВ. У разі якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ, операція з постачання Товару звільняється від опопдаткування ПДВ на підставі пп. 32 п.2 Перехідних положень ПКУ АБО оподатковується за нульовою ставкою відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.03.2022 №178. Товар закуповується в якості складової частини БПЛА та виключно з метою використання в складі БПЛА у зв'язку з чим подання пропозицій з ПДВ НЕ ПЕРЕДБАЧАЄТЬСЯ. Укладення договору з переможцем виключно буде здійснено виключно на умовах оголошення з урахуванням опублікованого проекту договору, а саме без врахування ПДВ або із зазначенням ставки ПДВ 0%. Дата в розділі "Період (строк) поставки" вказана орієнтовна з урахуванням всіх процедурних строків, передбачених чинним законодавством у зв'язку з відсутністю технічної можливості вказати термін поставки в цьому полі в кількості днів. Термін поставки товару вказаний в проекті договору та в електронному розділі "Умови поставки" Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран
