Description

Укладаючи договір та виконуючи його умови, Замовник та Постачальник керуються постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану», постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.03.2022 № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану», листом Державної авіаційної служби України від 17.06.2026 №1.17-2642-26 на запит Міністерства розвитку громад на територій України від 15.06.2026 №10227/42/14-26, згідно з п.7, 23, 231, 78 та 79 ст.1 Повітряного кодексу України, безпілотні авіаційні системи та безпілотні повітряні судна можуть бути віднесені до складу авіаційного транспорту відповідно до ст.32 Закону України «Про транспорт» та відповідно листа МВС України ГУНГУ від 31.07.2026 №27/18-53829-2026. Місце постачання Товару: м. Запоріжжя, Запорізька обл., в т. ч. населені пункти, які межують з прифронтовою зоною. Кінцевий термін поставки Товару складає 30 днів з моменту укладання Договору, але не пізніше ніж 25.10.2026. Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Замовником протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання товару та належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних Постачальника на замовлений Товар. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок за належним чином поставлений таприйнятий Товар здійснюється протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з наступного дня після отримання Замовником призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
