Закупівля здійснюється для забезпечення потреб оборони. Предмет закупівлі: акумулятор DJI Matrice 4 Series Battery (CP.EN.00000559.02) спеціального призначення - 300 шт. Товар повинен бути новим, таким, що не був у використанні, та відповідати характеристикам обраної специфікації електронного каталогу й умовам проєкту договору. Очікувана вартість визначена без ПДВ. У разі якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ, операція з постачання Товару оподатковується за нульовою ставкою відповідно до підпункту «г» підпункту 195.1.2 пункту 195.1 статті 195 Податкового кодексу України та постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.03.2022 №178. Поставка здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника не пізніше 10.09.2026 включно. Конкретне місце поставки Замовник повідомляє переможцю окремо з міркувань безпеки.
