Description

Le marché est à lot unique, avec des prestations de services et de travaux. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre « composite » (à savoir avec prestations à prix global et forfaitaire et des prestations à prix unitaires via bons de commandes). Des prestations "permanentes" sur prix global et forfaitaire (acte d'engagement et bordereau de prix DPGF) et des prestations "ponctuelles" » à prix unitaires ( bordereau de prix BPU) sur quantités réellement exécutées au moyen de bons de commandes (sans minimum et avec un maximum de 30 000 Euros HT/an). Durée du marché : Le marché est conclu à compter du 1er janvier 2027 (ou au plus tard à sa date de notification si le marché est notifié postérieurement au le 1er janvier 2027) pour une durée de 1 an. Il est par la suite reconductible, tacitement et annuellement, chaque 1er janvier, 3 fois maximum. La durée maximale du marché ne pourra pas dépasser 4 ans.
