Description

Le présent contrat comprend d'une part, une partie forfaitaire correspondant fourniture et au déploiement du logiciel de reprographie, à la formation et à l'assistance au démarrage (POSTE 1), d'autre part, une partie en accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire pour des interventions, des acquisitions de licences et des formations supplémentaires, ainsi que de la maintenance (POSTE 2) conformément aux articles R.2162-2 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R2162-3 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, avec les montants annuels suivants pour la partie à bons de commande : Aucun minimum / 45000 euro(s) HT. Pas de prestation supplémentaire obligatoire. Ni variantes exigées, ni variantes autorisées. La durée du contrat est fixée à un an, à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire. Il pourra toutefois être éventuellement reconduit trois fois un an, de manière tacite. Conditions de participation, critères de sélection des candidats et des conditions d'exécution indiqués dans le dossier de la consultation. La valeur estimée indiquée dans le présent avis ne porte que sur la partie à bon de commande du marché et le montant maximum sur toute la durée du contrat. Le marché comprend une clause de réexamen.
