Description

La Commune de Carcassonne recherche un prestataire chargé de lui fournir un poste mobile avancé destiné à la Police Municipale. Il s'agit d'un véhicule de type fourgon, spécialement aménagé pour assurer des missions d'accueil du public, de gestion d'évènements et de commandement lors d'interventions. Il devra répondre à des exigences en matière de mobilité, de fonctionnalité et de sécurité. Le choix de ce prestataire fait l'objet de la présente consultation, qui donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un marché public portant sur la fourniture d'un véhicule neuf, entièrement équipé et prêt à l'emploi. Le véhicule devra être livré au plus tard dans un délai de 14 semaines à compter de la notification du marché. Attention : le délai de livraison est un sous-critère de jugement des offres et son non-respect sera sanctionné par une pénalité de retard conséquente. Les critères retenus pour le jugement des offres sont pondérés de la manière suivante : 1- Prix des prestations 30.0 % 2- Valeur technique 70.0 %
