Description

L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3 fois 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Après examen des offres, le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité d'engager des négociations avec les 3 candidats les mieux classés à l'issue de la première analyse des offres. Toutefois, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra attribuer l'accord-cadre sur la base des offres initiales, sans négociation
