Description

Acquisition d'éléments de joints de chaussée mécaniques à peigne du système NFT de marque Freyssinet, soit vingt paires d'éléments mâle et femelle de type NFT 250 et vingt paires de type NFT 400, largeur adaptée de 492 mm, avec les accessoires de fixation et de collage, y compris les études et plans d'exécution. Le marché porte exclusivement sur la fourniture, à titre de remplacement provisoire des joints FT existants et de constitution d'un stock destiné aux interventions d'urgence jusqu'au remplacement complet des joints. Les prestations de démontage, de vérification et d'adaptation des ancrages, de reprise de la bavette EPDM et de repose ne font pas partie du présent marché. Freyssinet, fabricant d'origine des systèmes de joints FT et NFT en service, est le seul fournisseur garantissant la compatibilité et la continuité fonctionnelle avec les éléments existants ; il n'existe pas de solution de rechange adéquate, d'où l'adjudication de gré à gré selon l'art. 21 al. 2 let. c AIMP 2019.
