Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Lot 1 est conclu avec un montant minimum de 100 000 euro(s) HT et un montant maximum de 500 000 euro(s) HT par période d'exécution Lot 2 et 3 sont conclus sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 50 000 euro(s) HT par période d'exécution L'accord Cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 2 ans à compter de la date qui sera définie par le pouvoir adjudicateur lors de la notification du contrat.. La durée de l'unique période de reconduction est de 2 ans. La durée maximale de chaque AC, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans
