Description

Les candidats seront soumis à la loi n° 71-1130 décembre 1971 qui réglemente, dans son Titre II, les activités de consultation juridique et de rédaction d'actes sous seing privé. L'article 54 pose le principe de l'impossibilité de donner des consultations juridiques ou de rédiger des actes sous seing privé, pour autrui à titre habituel et rémunéré à défaut de remplir certaines conditions. Les articles 54 et 55 de la loi déterminent ensuite les conditions générales d'aptitude et de compétence, ainsi que les obligations d'assurance, de garanties financières et de respect du secret professionnel que doivent remplir les personnes qui sont autorisées à pratiquer ces activités à titre habituel et rémunéré. Les candidats sont informés que certaines questions pourraient concerner des dossiers en phase précontentieuse. La représentation juridique devant les tribunaux est exclue de la présente consultation. Consultation composée de 4 lots dans divers domaines du droit
