L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de la réception du premier bon de commande. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues est de 4 ans L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande avec un montant maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT par an , ce montant est identique pour chaque période de reconduction. Le présent accord-cadre comprend une clause d'insertion par l'emploi
